| Details: | SUMMARY: April coliform DETAILS: Lisa called to report that the lab will not release results of the April coliform test due to non payment. The water system had been monitored for TC in April 2008 but because of ongoing bankruptcy proceedings, there are no funds to pay the lab. Lisa did say that the sample was TC absent. She thought that the bill might be paid by the 10th of May but warned me that the water system might get a violation for non reporting TC. She asked me if the state could waive the violation and I said I would ask. On 4/30/08 Chuck Michael looked into waiving the violation and reported to me that it cannot be waived. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of April results. | ||
