| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested assistance with Stage 2 DBPR Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) that was due by April 1, 2008. System is in violation for not submitting SMP on time. The SMP involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage 2 DBPR in 2009-10. I met with Mike and Martin to provide an overview of the rule and what is required. I conducted an initial review of water quality data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results) along with the distribution map and where Stage 1 samples had been collected. I conducted a final review of water quality data in order to establish sample sites and prepared a SMP and sent it to the City by certified mail for review and submission to the USEPA. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested by system. | ||
