| Details: | I have attempted to contact this facility by phone twice and by both listed email addresses on two separate occasions with no success, regarding their lack of testing since 2011. 06/18/20 Made a physical visit to this facility. I was told by a male employee that the operator was running late and that she would be there in an hour. I left a packet containing the information about the system including sampling requirements, violations, and general system information. I left my card with the packet of information and told the male employee to please have the operator contact me as soon as possible. 06/24/20 Sent another email to operator's main email address for the winery. Still have not heard a response. 08/05/2020 Today a phone conversation was had with the operator. The system information was updated to reflect a population size that is defined as a transient non-community and system testing requirements were discussed. System is responsible for quarterly coliform and annual nitrate that should be taken during the fourth quarter. Owner understands sampling requirements. |
