Details:	Today I attempted to contact the operator by the provided phone number but it was not functional. I then emailed the operator to inform them that they have now been listed as a priority non-complier as their systems points have reached this due to violations. This firm was switched from non-epa to TNC previously and requirements for testing were discussed with the operator. It was discussed in the email that the facility had neglected to submit their coliform samples for the 3rd quarter. It was discussed that the facility should submit their fourth quarter coliform sample and annual nitrate as soon as possible.
