| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 10-7-08 DETAILS: Called Richard and he knew about the positive coliform and said that the 4 repeats had already been pulled. I told him if all four are negative be sure to pull 5 samples the following month. If any are positive I told him to call me back or Ill be calling him. He seemed to know the procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
