| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform October 2008 DETAILS: Bob contacted me and said 3 of the 4 repeats were positive for total coliform. The one that was good was from the well head he mentioned. Bob is providing public notice as required and said he was going to shock chlorinate the well and flush through the distribution. I reminded Bob to take 5 temporary routines in November. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and monitoring. | ||
