Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 2 of 5 temporary routine coliform samples positive. Paul thinks contamination has moved to outer edges of system and will re-chlorinate. Called and discussed 11/4/08. Suggested he uses 5 required temp routines in November to verify problem solved. ACTION NEEDED: Take corrective action, take 5 temp routines/verification samples in November and submit copy of updated public notice.
