| Details: | SUMMARY: Brief discussion of settlement agreement terms for civil penalty assessment. DETAILS: I called Scott to let him know that I received the draft agreement that he and Kathy signed, and that I would send a final draft on letterhead today. I confirmed with him that it would need to be notarized and that they need to make sure they meet the deadlines in the agreement or the full civil penalty would be assessed. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to sign agreement in presence of notary public and monitor accordingly. | ||
