| Details: | Mr. Aguiar contacted me on 6/28/18 to inform me of the current positive. Because the routine sample taken was a well sample, I instructed him to take a repeat at the well, as well as 3 samples within distribution. I also discussed the drawback of using a well sample as a routine. Repeats are to be taken on 6/29/18. | ||
