Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Sandy owns and operates a water system which provides water to approximately 7000 people, through 2000 connections. Water supply is from Alder Creek. Water is treated through 3 package upflow clarifier water treatment units. The city contacted HBH to provide a Contact Tracer Study, as required by DWP.
