| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 12/2/08 DETAILS: 12/8/08 10:00am Called & left a message for Kori. Reminded her to take 4 repeat samples & asked her to call me back. 12-8-08 4:30pm Kori called this office and indicated that the 4 samples have been pulled an are awaiting results. I let her know that if all 4 samples are negative then they need to take 5 temporary routine samples I January. She said she understood. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor. | ||
