| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to submit coliform sample in second quarter of 2008 DETAILS: The system is planning on moving to a new location in two months. They have not been collecting coliform samples because they are abandoning the source. I notified them that as long as the system is active they are still required to submit quarterly coliform samples. They will submit a sample right away. 8-19-08 A passing coliform sample was submitted to Neilson Research Inc. ACTION NEEDED: coliform samples need to be submitted on a quarterly basis until the system is inactive. | ||
