Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I spoke with Kathy that the lab they are using does not have any results. For the above mentioned testing. The lab they are using is Food Quality Labs. A representative said no testing had been done except for coliform. I told Kathy that they should submit proof that some testing had been done. I reminded her of the penalties if testing is not complete by October 10, 2008 ACTION NEEDED: none
