| Details: | SUMMARY: Turbidity reading of>1 NTU at the plant. DETAILS: I called Lisa Scott on 10/21/08. She was out of office on Oct 20. She reported that on Friday 10/17/08 there was a power outage at the plant and the start up procedures were programmed incorrectly and therefore a back wash of the tank as performed causing new water going into the tank to disturb sediments on the tank bottom and cause a 1.30 NTU reading. This event lasted ~ 4 hours. It was the only ready in the month >1 NTU. Readings are back to normal and she will report the incident on the monthly Turbidity Monitoring Form. No notice required.
