| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform taken 12-10-08 DETAILS: 12-17-08 Spoke with Pak about the positive total coliform sample pulled 12-10-08. He indicated that the lab had called and they had already arranged for the repeat sample. I let Pak know that if all repeats are negative then they have to take 5 temporary routine coliform samples for the month of January. I also let Pak know that they are due for survey he said we can meet within a week or two. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. | ||
