| Details: | I received an email on 6/30/2020 from Patrick Taylor about a routine total coliform positive collected on 6/29 at 800 Pinehurst Sample Station. Repeat and triggered source samples were collected at the following sites: Repeats: 800 Pinehurst (SS) 7676 Broken Top 7656 Broken Top Triggered Sources: Delta Carlhaven West Keizer Station McNary 17th Ave. Lacey Ct Water system will notify me of the results. Update 7/2/2020: Operator received verbal confirmation that repeat and triggered sample results are negative. Water system will forward lab results after holiday weekend. Update 7/7/2020: Received lab results from the operator confirming all repeat and triggered samples came back negative. |
