| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: System had detection on January 2009 sample. I called and spoke with Bill and reminded him to take 4 repeat samples ASAP. Bill had questions on where to take the samples and how to report them. He said he would likely have his plumbing company , Judsons, take the repeat samples right away. I reminded him to take 5 temporary routines in February and to call me with any further question. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sample results. | ||
