| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on positive total coliform Alert COLI6033 received by Linn County on 1/8/09. DETAILS: Discussed positive TC sample with Kory on 1/12/09. Kory was not aware of the coliform sampling plan and the positive sample was taken at the school office room #22. Kory drew the sample on 1/5/09 and does not know why the sample was positive. I asked him if he removed the aerator and he said he did not know he was supposed to. I sent Kory the sampling plan, proper microbiological sampling techniques and discussed the sites for repeat sampling. He will call me ASAP with results of repeats. I mentioned the 5 routine samples due in February. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
