| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert ID: Coli6096 DETAILS: Two of four repeat samples taken had total coliform detections. Bill called and mentioned that they recently had work done on the well/pump and asked if that could be the source of the contamination. I suggested that they disinfect the well and take more repeat samples afterward. Bill said, he would have their pump/repair company do that ASAP. I faxed Bill a copy of the public notice template and let him know that the notice needs to be provided to their water users and to DHS DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and repeat sample results. | ||
