Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding M&R violation for arsenice. DETAILS: Called Duane Hand regarding monitoring and reporting violation for arsenic. Duane indicated that he collected a sample in March. The lab was contacted and they indicated that a sample was collected on March 10, 2009 and that the sample type was not marked. The lab contacted Duane and he incorrectly advised the lab to mark the sample special when it should have been marked routine. A copy will be sent to Portland for data entry. Duane was also questioned about their plans to install arsenic treatment and he said that Rob Henry of HBH Engineering called him and that they plan to meet sometime during the week of May 3, 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 2nd quarter arsenic sample and mark sample type as routine and send the results to Portland by July 10, 2009.
