| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed violation of civil penalty settlement agreement DETAILS: Deer Island Heights entered into an agreement to reduce the civil penalty assessed on November 17, 2009. The agreement required monthly coliform samples to be reported timely and a SOC sample to be reported no later than April 10, 2009. The system did not submit a coliform sample for the month of April, nor has a sample for SOCs been received to date. I called Kathy to determine why the samples have not been submitted and whether or not they have been collected. Kathy stated that neither sample has been collected and hoped the SOC sample could be collected in June. ACTION NEEDED: The remainder of the civil penalty will be assessed as set forth in the settlement and agreed upon by both parties. | ||
