| Details: | SUMMARY: Copper MCL DETAILS: Phone consultation with Sean on 3/25, 3/26, and 4/8/09 about sample from 2/9/09. Mr. McGuire confirmed that the lead and copper samples were representative samples from the system and proper lead and copper collection procedures were followed. High copper results are from the drinking fountains, the pipes in the facility are plastic. They have proposed to change out the water fountains and retest. I received information for the plumbing/replacement program for NTNC water systems on 4/8/09 from Russel Kazmierczak at the state and forwarded this information to Sean. Mr. McGuire states that on 4/10/09 he had received approval to do the fixture replacement and would get back to me on a written proposal/plan for the replacement program. ACTION NEEDED: Need written plumbing/fixture replacement proposal/plan and approval. | ||
