| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Violation for no 1st quarter 2009 VOC. Called system and lab both and sample was taken 2/24/09 but no record of sample at state. Discussed future sampling with Paul with city of Sisters. ACTION NEEDED: Take one more 2nd quarter round of VOC for total of 4 and then results will determine future schedule of 3 or 6 years. Will attach VOC results. 2nd quarter VOC scheduled for 5/19/09. Lab faxed to DWP 5/13 | ||
