| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Received call from Sibyl that she was aware of the positive coliform. She said she turned down the amount of chlorine in the system thinking they were using too much. They returned the chlorine dose to its original dosage and submitted the 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines required in August 2009. If any repeats are positive they will shock chlorinate the system per Sibyl | ||
