| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation for violation DETAILS: Field visit about 2nd quarter coliform sample and spoke with Ira Williams Jr. He indicated that the camp has been doing monthly tests for Gwudi evaluations and the lab had not sent the sample to the Portland office for the 2nd quarter. They have been going to the Springfield office. He said he would call the lab to be sure results were sent. 8/3/09 State received coliform results on 7/29/09 from sample date 6/2/09 ACTION NEEDED: Monitor next quarter test results. | ||
