| Details: | SUMMARY: Request for information relating to new reservoir construction to meet LT2 requirements DETAILS: I spoke with Jon Forrester with HLB Otak, Inc. and directed him to our construction standards for finished water storage facilities (OAR 333-061-0050(6)) and plan review requirements (http://www.oregon.gov/DHS/ph/dwp/planreview.shtml) for a potential project involving the construction of a 3.5 MG reservoir to replace Warrentons open Clatsop Plains reservoir in order to achieve compliance with the ESWTR LT2 provisions. This project is an ARRA funded SRF project (SRF application number SD-09-32). ACTION NEEDED: DWP to answer future questions regarding plan review as requested. | ||
