| Details: | Phone message to facility. because facility did not report any repeat bacterial samples facility is required to conduct a level 1 investigation with in 1 month and sample 3 distribution samples for the following month. phone contact with facility - facility water system has been down since last test due to pump failure. facility could not take samples due to no water at facility. facility has repair planned and will conduct level 1 and provide samples for next month as required. |
