| Details: | Phone contact with facility. facility noted issue with mail regarding changing sampling schedule from quarterly to monthly. Facility noted holiday farm fires and issues due to covid-19 regulations and pump failures. Facility did not take a sample in second quarter of 2020 (april-june) then when positive rt test occurred during 2020 july, repeats were not taken due to pump failure (noted in contact report). Facility provided rp next month - these two issues were noted by DWS as issues which caused system to go to monthly - prior to holiday farm fire. Facility does not agree that these issues should move system to monthly monitoring as pandemic has effected available funds to repair pumps to properly serve water. system way request an appeal. working with DWS regarding any appeals. system has taken and will submit this months rt bacteria test. | ||
