| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to TTHM result DETAILS: Contacted Lisa to see if she would be able to get results for TTHM from 4th quarter 2008. Lisa faxed results from 4th quarter 08…TTHM 0.0675. Discussed with Karen Kelley. The RAA is 0.0564 mg/L so they are below the MCL but above the trigger that requires disinfection profiling. ACTION NEEDED: During upcoming survey on 9/2/09 with Jay MacPherson we will discuss with operator. | ||
