| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint DETAILS: Jane called to complain about the low pH in the system. At her tap it measures from 5.5 - 6 pH (3 measurements). She has blue marks on her fixtures, and there is orange slime also. The systems lead and copper results have been below action levels. Since the problems are likely aesthetic rather than health-related (copper and iron), I told her we cannot do anything from a regulatory perspective. She has looked into ways of treating the water at her house. We discussed options the water system might have to minimize the problem (corrosion control). ACTION NEEDED: None - complaint referred to Clackamas County HD. | ||
