Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Letter sent regarding non reporting nitrate for 2008. Last sample was 11/26/07. A sample was to have been taken during the calendar year of 2008 and reported to the state by January 10, 2009. System has been placed on the violation list. Sent a compliance schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Bring nitrate test results to theist office by March 31, 2009 and will be then sent to the state.
