Details:	SUMMARY: Treatment Plant Recommendations DETAILS: The Rainbow Rock Condominiums is located just north of Brookings, in Curry County. The facility owns and operates a water system with 60 connections serving approximately 80 people. The existing WTP is old and nearing the end of its useful life. Maintenance requirements of the system have become an increasing problem. Furthermore, the system would like to increase the system’s treatment capability for greater operational flexibility. The system contacted HBH to determine a bag/cartridge filter that is would be acceptable to DWP. In conversations with the system it was determined that a more general review of other options available for treatment would be warranted. I discussed current water treatment plant and source water quality with the system operator. I investigated and provided preliminary cost estimates for appropriate treatment technologies and completed preliminary evaluation report. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
