| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed arsenic compliance DETAILS: I called Bill and notified him that because of exceeding the arsenic MCL, the Drinking water Program is required to formalize a compliance schedule for reducing the level of arsenic using either a compliance agreement or notice of violation. In our discussion I also stated that the system is not limited to treatment, and that an alternate water source (new well, existing well, or another public water system) is another possible method of resolving the situation. ACTION NEEDED: I will email a draft BCA to Bill for his review before printing the document for signatures. | ||
