| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling Plan Assistance DETAILS: PWS is newly formed and is operating the Layng Creek WTP previously operated by the City of Cottage Grove. The WD and the City are in a transition phase until the WD takes over the fulltime operation of the WTP. A Siemens 100 gpm membrane treatment plant s in the planning stage with initial construction anticipated later this year. The Layng Creek plant will continue to operate and provide water the 96 users until the membrane plant is on line and operating successfully. I will assist the WD in development of its coliform sampling plan, cross connection enabling authority, ERP and O&M Manuel. I reviewed the system distribution map and pressure zones and completed the Coliform Sampling Plan. I sent the plan to the system for review and comment. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested. | ||
