Details: SUMMARY: positive coliform DETAILS: Brian Bergo has sampled four repeats with one as positive at the same location as the first 3rd quarter positive. Brian did not collect the sample and is scheduled to take the sample himself, suspecting that the collection technique was not correct. The firm is not treating the well at this time, until a resample of that location is taken. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice posted. Firm is scheduled for five routine samples in October.
