| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate over 1/2 MCL at 13th and 17th ave wells DETAILS: Nitrate samples collected 1/7/10 from EP-L (13th ave) and EP-M (17th ave) above 1/2 MCL. Testing was quarterly in the past but changed back to annual on 8/14/09 because several quarterly rounds have shown results to be reliably and consistently in the 4 to 7 ppm range and always below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
