| Details: | SUMMARY: Validation of Violation for Late Submittal of DBP for Fourth Quarter 2009 DETAILS: DBP reporting for fourth quarter of 2009 received after 1/10/10 deadline. Dennis understood that the DWP must establish a deadline but felt that a violation was unnecessary since the sample result was submitted (granted late). I suggested Dennis schedule the quarterly sample collections earlier in the quarters. He will do so. I also explained to Dennis that they must include the violation notification in their CCR for 2009. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
