| Details: | Routine sample total coliform positive DETAILS: Rick called and notified DWS staff that a sample collected on Monday August 17th was total coliform positive. A triggered source sample will be collected at the approved combined source tap, in addition to repeats at the original, upstream and downstream sites. Samples will be collected on Monday, August 24, 2020. On Tuesday, August 25th, I spoke to Rick about follow up sampling for routine total coliform positive on Monday, August 17th at sampling site #19. Results will be available later in the day and he will contact me. - M. Byrd On Wednesday, August 26th, repeat sample at site #19 and combined source sampling site were total coliform positive. Discussed coliform investigation with Rick. Investigation findings were received on following day which outlined corrective actions to improve waterline flushing, remedy standing water at wellheads and replace reservoir hatch gasket.
