| Details: | Today I attempted to make phone contact with the operator but was only able to leave a voicemail. I then sent an email to the operator with the same information. The operator was made aware that another violation has been added for not submitting a coliform sample during the month of July and that we are nearly at the end of August and have not received a sample. We have not received a monthly coliform sample from this facility this year. | ||
