| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator and an email was sent as well. It was discussed that the firm has yet to submit a monthly coliform sample for this system. It was discussed that the system is now listed as a priority non-complier and that monetary fines could follow if the operator continues to neglect required sampling. It was also discussed that the system is responsible for annual nitrate and annual source water assessment. Owner explained that he would be taking a monthly coliform sample today. | ||
