Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I spoke with Bill and he mentioned he has received a copy of the bilateral agreement from the state and understands the timeline. Bill said he will continue to monitor quarterly for arsenic and provide the public notice until their treatment is functional. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on treatment method, plan review.
