| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: System did not report enough repeat or temporary routine samples following a detection in Nov 2009. AI called Ryan and explained the monitoring requirements to him. The four follow up samples they did take were all good so at this point we are waiting for the system to submit a 1st quarter coliform sample. 2/2/10 Sample taken on 1/11/10 and received at the state on 1/25/10 System now current with coliform monitoring.
