It appears the results were not forwarded to the state. 2/22/10 Called and left message. 2/24/10 Bill called back. Discussed need to send in the nitrate sample again. Discussed point of redundancy, sending results directly to Hood River County Health. 3/1/10 Verified lab results had been documented with the state. ACTION NEEDED: Violation corrected. | ||
