| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Missed nitrate test in 2009. I called Bill and asked him to take a 2010 nitrate sample ASAP. Bill said he would and also mentioned they will have a new person as their certified operator but Bill will remain the contact person. Nitrate test taken 3/1/10 and received at the state 3/8 result 0.40 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
