| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate and coliform alerts DETAILS: Brian Bergo is no longer with the company, no calls after a week. I called again and talked with Emily the new manager. Emily stated that most of the staff is gone and no information was left. Cove Labs taking the samples stated no repeats required on positive samples. I discussed the need for 5 repeats for coliform. FI had discussed this system with Bill Goss who stated that a nitrate filter was supposed to be installed. Emily stated this had not been addressed. I recommended she call and talk with Bill Goss in Pendleton about installation of the nitrate filter, before sampling again. ACTION NEEDED: System will be taking 5 repeat samples on coliform positive and contact Bill Goss on a nitrate filter for potable water. The system is on bottled water at this time. | ||
