| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: System due to a complete turnover in staff was unaware of testing and who to contact. In the meantime the chlorination system has failed a nitrate filter was supposed to be installed according to Bill Goss and Laura Ruhland. The nitrate filter has not been installed. ACTION NEEDED: System will stay on bottle water, do monthly sampling, sterilize sample sites, and repair the chlorination system. The nitrate filter is being discussed with Bill Goss. | ||
