| Details: | SUMMARY: Evergreen Acres is required to do Groundwater Assessment monitoring. DETAILS: DWP to date does not have records indicating monitoring is being done. 7/16/10, I spoke with Mr Jones regarding Coliform Assessment monitoring. He informed me that he has been doing monthly samples and has lab reports to verify it. ACTION NEEDED: Mr Jones to fax results to me. I will submit to DWP the systems source water assessment reports. | ||
