| Details: | Michelle with the Gilliam co planning department reached out with questions about potential change of ownership for the property that has the water system on it. We talked about setbacks to the well, potential easements needed for having access to the well, and that we have no record of the distribution system for the system. There are concerns about the building next door to the source, which from google maps appears to be the site of a automobile lot. Se asked for the ors numbers for the sanitary setback rules to help with her planning decisions. |
