| Details: | SUMMARY: A routine sample collected 09/15/10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 09/16/10---Bill called Brad Carlson in Josephine County for discuss the positive sample: Brad forwarded the message to me and I called Bill who said that he knew the reason for the positive sample…the sediment filter needed servicing and that he did not want to collect repeat samples. I informed him that four repeats were due (three distribution, one source) within twenty-four hours of being lab notified and that these temporary routines were due in October. 09/17/10---Four repeat samples tested absent for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in October 2010. | ||
