| Details: | In response to my phone call on 9/24, Daniel Mast reported that he had already collected/submitted 4 or 5 [REPEAT]samples on the previous day and was awaiting results. I added that 3 TEMPORARY ROUTINE samples would be due in October and if any of the samples recently collected showed coliform present it would be ideal to identify and fix any problem in the system prior to collecting the October samples. He volunteered that several months ago he had replaced the [overdue] UV bulbs in the system and hoped his first sample result was due to accidental contamination. He asked questions about the plan review process and I directed him to the DWS website for: land use compatibility statement, (2) the plan review package, (3) fees, (4) sample results needed, (5) etc. |
